As the new year is in our midst and ‘the season of good will’ begins. I reflect and I find myself thinking about the future – around this time I think about the changes I am going to make. In 2010 I will be focusing on good health, using my spiritual and creative side more, becoming even more focused, writing and persuing my studies. Every year I reflect and make changes, each year I achieve my goals next year I also aim to achieve my dreams.

On TV last Sunday was the nations favourite songs of the 90’s. When it started I was about to leave the house but fraid I would miss something I stayed in and watched. The first song was Janet Jackson and Luther Vandross ‘The Best Things in Life are Free’ fantastic song and so true! After that I was hooked. So I stayed in had a spring clean to fabulous 90’s music. I admit I even shed a tear. I reflected on a part of my life I had archived. There was many good times and sad many times.

Having had a wonderful day inside even though it was wonderful outside was a reminder for me to embrace my life and live life to the full. Todays happy moments are tomorrows memories my job now is to give myself something great to remember in the future.

A Sainsbury’s advert came on today showing two of its “employees” taking a tea break and dunking their favourite sainsburys chocolate biscuits and I thought to myself …. you have got to be f-ing joking! (yes I no longer swear… f-ing is as bad as it gets – unless I am talking to Lauretta and then who knows what will come out of my mouth)

Anyway I sat their disgusted. The ONLY biscuit worth dunking into tea and especially ovaltine is McVities Rich Tea biscuits.

Why would you ever waste good chocolate in your tea by dunking a chocolate biscuit anyway????

Nothing beats a McVities Rich Tea. biscuit that’s wet without being too soggy and hot from the drink. You open a packet in my house growing up and it lasted less than 10 minutes (could explain why we are all fat adults!!!!)

yummmy!
