Lauretta Johnnie is creative thinker, fun loving and loves a challenge. She is a qualified Reflective Practitioner, Trainer and Community Development Consultant. Her main interests lie in empowering and encouraging people to help themselves – Lauretta is a published writer and poet and simply loves journaling. Since she was a child she has written journals and as an adult when faced with life’s challenges, journaling helped her reflect, make sense of what was happening, make decisions and take action.
